We collect your personal and medical information to evaluate and respond to your health care needs. All members of Melbourne Medicolegal have access to your medical records from time to time.
We can hold your information in both electronic and hard copy form.

USING & DISCLOSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will use or disclose your personal information to provide health services to you. The multi-disciplinary team approach to health care is common to the Australian health system. Health professionals work together and share necessary information to optimise services and outcomes. These practitioners include your GP, other specialists, allied health professionals, and medical investigation providers.
When we examine you or review documents relating to an insurance claim, we disclose your information to either your employer or the relevant insurance company when invoicing for payment.
We may need to disclose your information to medical indemnity insurers in cases of adverse incidents.

We will do our utmost to ensure that all personal information we collect, use, or disclose is accurate, current, and complete.
If your details change or you believe our records need to be updated, please contact us through your lawyer or insurance company.
